In March 2026, Auria Management acquired the FULTERER Group in St. Margrethen and Lustenau. The company was founded in 1956 by Dr Karl Fulterer and, over three generations, developed into a world-leading specialist for heavy-duty slide systems. Around 200 employees work across eight sites in six countries. FULTERER serves customers in more than 60 countries.
With the acquisition, the owning family resolves the question of succession. Manfred Fulterer accompanies the transition through the first year. Guenter Hoefert continues the company in its own spirit. With investment in automation and the ambition to extend its international position further.

Guenter Hoefert is the founder and managing director of Auria Management. He studied mechanical engineering at Graz University of Technology and, to this day, sees himself first and foremost as an entrepreneur.
He began his career as a management consultant at Alexander Proudfoot in London. In the years that followed, he came to know both sides of the table. As an operating managing director who leads and develops companies, among them interseal, VON ERL. and, for more than fifteen years, as a partner of the Swacrit Systems Group. And as an investor and board member responsible for holdings, including on the board of Tyrol Equity AG and the board of directors of LOREA AG.
In 2023 he founded Auria Management with the aim of building a portfolio of industrial and venture holdings.
